I'm one of those who explore restaurants all the time. I've been hearing good things about Aqua. I had a chance to go to there for my birthday on 02-27-05 expecting good seafood. Although the service and the atmosphere were perfect, the food was too salty. I had sole (with all the expectation that it would be good like the one I had at Ritz Carlton). A friend of mine had cod. Another friend of mine had some other fish. We all agreed that the food was too salty. I was really disappointed, especially after all of us got stuck in the traffic for an hour on our way there.
